All the James Bond movies are on Prime video!!!

Looks like it. Then there's Never Say Never Again. The forgotten Bond movie.

Not really forgotten as much as unofficial....part of a looooong legal battle over rights to the story (which is the same story as Thunderball) among other parts of Ian Fleming's works.

For those who haven't seen it, the documentary "Everything or Nothing: The Untold Story of 007" covers a lot of info about that.

I didn't become a Sean Connery fan until I was older and could appreciate it. When I was younger, it was allllll about Roger Moore. Probably because I was born in 1973 and my dad took me to James Bond movies and it was Roger Moore at the time. It really wasn't until I started seeing the Sean Connery movies played on cable that I grew to love those just as much.

i’m older than you, but grew up in the age of Roger Moore. So, his interpretation of bond has always been my favorite. Although I do appreciate Sean Connery and Daniel Craig very much. Never really got into Pierce Brosnan or Timothy Dalton. Are

my favorite of the bond films is The Spy Who Loved Me especially as I think it has the best opening sequence of any of the films. Although the best song is probably Live or Let Die. As a side note, wesaw Paul McCartney in concert last year and the way he staged Live or Let Die was incredible!

I also really enjoy from Russia With Love and on her Majesty's Secret Service. I find the scene in For Your Eyes Only when Bond visits his wife’s grave to be really moving. It also kind of explains why Roger Moore’s Bond is the way he is.

What is your favorite opening sequence? What is your favorite song?

In 1967 I went to the movies with just me and my dad for the very first time. To the Chinese Theater in Hollywood to see "You Only Live Twice" - we saw it twice in a row.

Then in 1987 we started up a Bond tradition - we see each Bond film on opening weekend (opening day if possible). All but '97 because I was out of the country on a job when it opened.

My favs in order:
Thunderball
Goldfinger
You Only Live Twice
From Russia With Love
Skyfall
Casino Royal

I think "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" Would have been the best Bond film if Connery was in it.
I don't like Moore at all. I'll admit "For Your Eyes Only" is a pretty goon one, though.
I'm among the few who thinks Dalton was a great Bond.

Those are the two most people haven't seen!

Soooo, who are everyone's favorite Bond girls? Mine are:

Domino from Thunderball (Claudine Auger)
Solitare from Live and Let Die (Jane Seymour)
May Day from A View to a Kill (Grace Jones)

So, the reason why I like the Roger Moore ones are that the Bond girls are not all weak, although, of course, Bond does end up having to save them.

With that, I like Carole Bouquet from For Your Eyes Only (like Elevtra, she gets vengeance on her father's killer) and Maud Adams from Octopussy (she was the only Bond girl who was in 2 movies, the first was The Man with the Golden Gun). I like the theme songs too!

My favorite song is most definitely the Spy Who Loved Me and my favorite opening sequence is Thunderball!

As a kid, I loved Roger Moore's Jame Bond. As an adult, I prefer Connery. I can't get into PBs James Bond because it comes across as tongue in cheek James Bond.

Well - it was certainly official in that it was based off of a official Bond story and licensed to use it. I hear Bond enthusiasts say it's not an "Eon" production with the familiar music and everything. When I watched it, in many ways it didn't quite feel the same.

I don't know if they still have it, but Pluto TV has a Bond channel that plays all the movies. Pluto TV is a free service.

Bond fans - What is your favorite opening sequence? What is your favorite song?
Easily favorite song is "You Know My Name" from Chris Cornell. Duran Duran's "View to a Kill" comes a close second.

Bond fans - What is your favorite opening sequence? What is your favorite song?

I love the Skyfall opening sequence and also the Adele song.

Favorite song is tough, I love several:

You Only Live Twice
Live and Let Die
Diamonds Are Forever
You Know My Name
A View to a Kill
The World is Not Enough
Quantum of Solace (I know many people hate this song but I enjoy it)

Least Favorite Song:

Die Another Day

Thunderball was better.

Crazy that I stumbled upon this thread. I grew up "around" Bond movies, and had seen bits and pieces of many of them, but hadn't really started paying much attention until the Daniel Craig versions.

My mom has Alzheimers and is older. I can't be around her right now, and that hurts. But I know that she loved the Connery/Moore movies. So I've made it a goal to watch all of them, if only to feel like I'm staying connected to her in some way during this whole thing. I watched "Dr. No" and "From Russia With Love" this week. I got lucky in that Dish Network had a free preview of a channel that was airing a bunch of them (I think it was Starz?), so I DVR'd several. And Sundance has been playing several of them as well. Between those and Netflix, I should knock most of them out.

The Craig movies are very hit and miss...nothing to do with Craig himself who I think is definitely top 2 Bonds, but Casino Royale and Skyfall are WAY better than Quantum of Solace and Spectre

This is spot-on. Wild variance in the quality of those four, but Craig makes even the "lesser" two watchable.

Same, as noted above. I'm really enjoying the Connery ones I've seen so far. Takes a while to get used to that Scottish brogue, though.

Amazing the difference in film quality between "Dr. No" and "From Russia With Love". From what I read this week, "Dr. No" was such a huge hit that the studio basically doubled the budget for the follow-up, and you can tell. The movies look like they were made 10 years apart, instead of only one year.
