The best/easiest option would be to take a taxi directly to BC. For this route, I would allow about 30-45 minutes (depending on how much time cushion you wanted).

Otherwise, it would probably be to take the bus from All Stars to DHS and then take the boat (or walk - about 1.4 miles) to BC. For this route, I would allow about 1.5 hours. They say to allow about 45 minutes leg of a trip when using Disney transportation. This is just in case you just miss the bus/boat and have to wait for the next one.

If AK is still open, an alternative would be All Stars to AK and transfer to a YC/BC bus.
