If you are talking about Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex, then yes, there is transportation, but not from the resorts.
There is a bus that runs every 25 minutes from Disney-MGM Studios to Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex. I believe it starts about 8am.
All-Star Sports is a resort.
