Hi Dis Friends, well, the time has come to plan our next trip, and we are thinking about staying at All Star Music in a Family Suite.

I know I've seen a thread about this before, but I can't seem to find it - can anyone share their experiences with the food court as far as their handling of food allergies? Also, is there an open container of peanut butter sitting on a serve yourself bar? It seems I've read that before. My dd won't eat a bite if she sees that!

We are thinking we might eat at All Star Movies too since it is right next door. Thanks! :)

We have had wonderful service at All Star Movies. The chefs have come out and spoken to us directly and prepared our food back in the kitchen. I have not seen an open jar of peanut butter, but have seen the smaller single serving packets.

Hi livndisney, thanks so much for your response. I don't anticipate that the individual, sealed packets of pb will be much of an issue for my dd, but seeing a gigantic, open vat would be an issue for sure, and I don't blame her! I'm glad to hear that the chefs are on the ball. Thanks again! :goodvibes

I have had nothing but good experiences with All Star Music food court. Be prepared to wait a few minutes for them to prepare your food separately but it will be correct and safe.

I have never seen a open container of PB at any All Stars. They have the single serve little packets.
As of now the only place I have seen an open tub of PB is Tusker house , But that has been a long time ago. we haven't eaten there in a long time.
Any of the All Stars food courts have been good for me with allergies.
As PP said Be prepared for a wait and I would let them know when you are staying and what allergies you are dealing with.

When we stayed at Pop, we went the first day during a slow time (not the breakfast rush) and talked to a manager just to get some basic info on what kinds of things they could make to accommodate allergies. It was no problem at all.

Thank you all for your responses! I'm glad to hear that they are not using the big vats of p.b. on the self serve bars anymore. :thumbsup2

We are staying at the family suites, so I'm glad to know they are good with food allergies at the food court. That was honestly the thing I was worried most about. I know most of the places in the park are awesome, but I was stressing a bit about the food court. Thanks!
