We were at Disneyland from April 26-30th, and I bought the old version of the PhotoPass Plus in December before they discontinued it. The day of arrival we were given a PhotoPass card at the Photo store, and it worked fine the whole trip. Just about every photographer commented on us having it and telling us how lucky we were to grab one before they were discontinued. Before leaving the park on the last day, we stopped by the Photo Store to add a few more photos. They asked us to search through all of our pictures to make sure they were all there. They were all accounted for. We had two pics on our account that weren't ours, so they took them off and gave us back our PhotoPass card.
Fast forward to today. I sat down to upload all of our pictures by using our PhotoPass card ID, and it said we had no pictures. I called the PhotoPass help center, and she entered my ID. No pictures. She put me on hold while IT checked it. 15 minutes later, no pictures. They say it's like we never even took a picture the whole trip! There were hundreds on there when we left the park that day. How can this happen??? She said IT will look thoroughly look into it, and they would call me in the next few days. I'm so upset!
