Does anyone really BUY these things?

We did....actually my parents did for my boys....not the huge one a MUCH smaller one with Mickey, Goofy and Donald on it.

ME TOO!!! Love the effect on the photo of the riverboat, very antique looking! Wish I knew how just to post the link to the picture. I guess I'll eventually figure these things out!

Mexico would be great!!!!! I can see my wife and I across from the pavillion eating some nachos grande and sucking down a frozen margarita and sucking up some of the warmth!!! Oh well, 34 more days and counting.

I used to wonder about that, too--that is until we inquired about the price one time.... . Like in the neighborhood of $200 for the big one!
So, NO, I doubt if anyone really does buy them.
Oh, I almost forgot--if you stop and ask about them, you will learn that they are filled with a combination of regualr air and helium. So, unless you have your own personal source of helium, you've got the added expense of filling the ball. Looks fun, but ...

I would guess that Gdad's shot was ISO 3200 at least...?

Thanks- I went back and checked (I wish Smugmug did not strip EXIF on resized pictures...) ISO 3200 - f1.4 - 1/40 Sec

Gdad, you did a phenomenal job of framing this scene in the Haunted Mansion. Much better angle and brighter and clearer than the one I took...
