thanks, bill...there are some GREAT photos on these boards. i think of myself as an amateur photog. i try to take pics from angles that are not the obvious. yours are great too!!

Gdad, although I don't like the subject (the meat not your dad ), great picture. Is that with the Sigma 30mm f1.4? Also, another fantastic Pirates of the Caribbean shot!!

Thanks Joe- (Sorry you did not like the meat picture) but yes both taken with the Sigma 30/1.4- it has really been my go-to lens lately.

And BTW- the Noodles tossed in Peanut Sauce there were very good as well.
