Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to wish you all a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING! I fell behind in the thread, again........but not with the show! I'm finally going back and reading everyone's GREAT accounts of SSW! Thanks so much for posting those FANTASTIC pictures, Christine and Michboro! They are wonderful! My favorites are the ones of Christine and Faith with our "AMC" friends, of course - you both look wonderful, as well! One of these years, I will join you on your annual SSW Tinglefest!

Anyway, hope that all is well with all of you and hope that you all have a wonderful Holiday and weekend!

P.S. Erica and Jeff are making me sick. We waited so long for her to be with Jack.........and now they're breaking them up?? Very disappointing!

P.P.S. Colby is such a spoiled brat, she's making me ill. I don't buy her "I-just-wanted-my-daddy-and-brother-to-love-me" act - so silly.

P.P.P.S. I also don't buy Julia and Jamie being in love with one another.

Thanks, we had a BLAST this year, more than ever! Glad to see you here, hope all is well, and have a nice Thanksgiving! I watch AMC on Saopnet now, and watched GH last night and cried like a baby with Laura and Lulu, that is SOOO sad.... Sonny and Carly are back to "kissing like 2 hot lovers" again though.

Just finished cooking a little while ago I am delirious ......I started at 11am .......I only stopped to watch today's episode, which now seems like an eternity ago.

Did Erica and Jeff make out yesterday or today? I lost track of all time and space as I was up to my earlobes in onions yams sage and all the other stuff...I did see it though ..... Was that the worst TV kiss ever??? Very awkward and just plain yucky.

One of the things I am grateful for..... is the very funny and entertaining posts on the AMC thread, you guys really make me

Have to say though I like the chemistry with Erica and Jeff not happy that another Kane marriage is on the outs. I mean they just got married, it would be nice for Erica to actually stay married for awhile.

I'm pretty sure Brooke's exit is coming up next week for the week after, if I get a definate airdate I'll post right back.

I'm really curious if Julia Barr is the one who decided to leave. And why?

I have often wondered if soap stars are just like many of us - staying too long in the same 'ol job
gets boring.

I've worked 25 years now in the same New York State Agency, even the same building. I would really love to stop working. I would then have the time to do the things I want to do - but then no money to do those things.

Even though many of these soap story lines have been really stupid lately; it is still a tradition in our house to watch the show over dinner.

Sure, Babe has done a really stupid thing with Josh. But JR's reaction to this is so WAY over
exaggerated. But ..... This is a soap !

From what I have heard on Soapcentral they wanted to put Julia Barr on recurring status which in soap language means maybe appearring for a scene for two every few months and she said no. The show is continuing to put the vets out to pasture and hiring 12 year olds with no acting experience. It just makes me mad!

JR tells both Dixie and Tad that he will never forgive Babe for sleeping with Josh.

Babe warns Josh to stay away from her.

Jack accuses Jeff of trying to steal Erica away from him.

Erica begins to believe that she and Jack are headed for a divorce.

Kendall is unnerved by David's declaration that Ryan is Emma's biological father.

JR struggles to break free of his pain medication.

Dixie accepts Adam's invitation to move into the Chandler mansion.

Babe destroys the disc that David left for Adam just as David is about to reveal something that could destroy Krystal and Adam's marriage.

Tad is there for Babe.

Kendall is bothered by the growing closeness between Ryan and Annie.

Zach has a nightmare leading him to the front steps of the house that Kendall wanted them to buy together.

Kendall is stunned when Zach tells her that he bought the house.

Totally agree with you there. We loose good characters with a history to the show like Brooke and Edmund...and for ....?????

We too have had experience with a family memeber attempting this...it's definetly out there..and I wasn't too crazy to know about it in real life...don't have much of a desire to watch it on AMC ...but we shall see.

It sucks that Julia Barr is leaving, but I was reading a magazine article about her that said she's very into animal charities - hopefully, that will be her next calling in life and she can help out some furry kids.
