Why has NO ONE noticed that Di is a Dixie look alike? No one has mentioned it except JR when he said she "reminded" him of his mother.

Wow, I hope this spoiler is wrong. What a stupid plot twist. I know Pheobe was kind of nasty when she was young, but I thought she mellowed. First they turn Edmund into a spiteful nasty jerk and then kill him. Now Pheobe passes but leaves a will making her look like a nasty witch. Blech. Just when I thought this Babe/Jamie/JR storyline couldn't get any more inane.

I also think that that would be a horrible plot twist - and a horrible way to ruin the memory of Phoebe. I hope that they don't go that route!

No wonder JR didn't recognize Amanda - the last time he saw her, she was blonde and had blue eyes! I wonder if she will reference Tim at all..........the last time we saw Tim, he was hanging out with JR (JR#2) and Maggie........now all of a sudden, I guess that Amanda is old enough to be JR's contemporary......... And why the heck would she be staying in the Chandler mansion? Nice of Hayley to offer for her to stay there - Hayley herself hasn't even visited in years! Aren't there dorms to stay in, at PVU????

I loved Myrtle's coming to visit Maria, today - that was sweet. And when she found out that her kids had "run away", my DH said "oh well"! Maybe we'll be lucky and they will never be found!

You know the more I thought about the plot twist I hijacked from another forum I don't like it. It's just another thing for JR to look constipated about. More control over Jamie and Babe. Yeah didn't Amanda have really long blonde hair. Now Janet from another planet would make a wonderful foe for JR. That I'd like to see.

When I stopped watching AMC in the early 90's, Janet had just given birth to Amanda.

Can someone briefly fill me in as to what happened to them in between then and now? Like where's Janet? Where's Trevor?

I have to laugh because my DD's name is Amanda, and she was born very close to the time Janet's Amanda was - and amazingly, Amanda Dillon is several years older than my own! Soaps!

- Ryan means it. He will not procreate. The Lavery blood line ends with him. An appointment is made with a surgeon to perform a vasectomy.

- Ryan discloses a confidence to… not Greenlee, but Kendall.

- Speaking of Kendall and Ryan, and Zach, and Ethan, and JR, JR’s portrayer Jacob Young described the femme fatale in less-than-glowing terms, as a doorknob, where every guy has had his turn.

-We see some familiar faces return for Phoebe's memorial.

- Brooke lies some pink roses on Phoebe's casket.

- Everyone at the memorial says a toast to the beloved Phoebe.

- After the memorial Phoebe's will is read.

- Jamie learns that Phoebe left most of her estate to him but there's a catch.

- Phoebe wants Jamie to DUMP Babe once and for all!

- J.R., Babe and Jamie are all shocked by this news and later start to face off with each other.

- Jamie tells Babe and J.R. that he has made his decision!

- Will Jamie choose Phoebe's MONEY or a LIFE with Babe?

- Erica’s surprise bridal shower is marred by Erica’s surprising decision to act on her cold feet. It’s over, she proclaims. (The wedding will happen on May 16 and thereabouts, with Eden Riegel’s Bianca, and daughter Miranda, flying back to the States for the occasion.

- Greenlee and Kendall engineer Erica and Jackson’s reconciliation, in time for their walk down the aisle.

- Maria clues Sam into who his real (biological) parents are.

- Babe finds a new friend in Amanda. It’s friend at first sight for the two.
Amanda appoints herself JR’s and Jamie’s mediator. She’ll bond those estranged brothers yet.

More rumors:

Rumor has it that Sydney Penny has signed a contract to come back to AMC.

Also Shari Headley, Derek's ex-wife (Danielle's mom) is also coming back to AMC. She played Mimi a long time ago.

Another rumor is that the Bold & Beautiful producers are trying to get Bobbie Eakes (Krystal) to come back.

Grinningghost - love your corn picture - I still wear my "Corn People" T-shirt! (In fact, I was wearing it when my husband proposed to me in WDW in 2001 - the great YEAR OF THE CORN! ) Janet and Trevor had to take the kids and run because (I think) Janet killed a former inmate of hers in self defense and Trevor helped her hide the body (or something) and they were afraid that they would both be arrested and taken away from their children, so the 4 of them snuck out of PV in the middle of the night, never to be seen or heard from again........until "new Tim" showed up in PV to help Enzo when he was sick, a few years ago.

I'm with you, S&K's Mom - I wish that both Sam and Maddie had gotten on that plane and flown away - what BRATS!!!!!!!! And at least Maria is realizing what a brat she, herself, has been lately. She had no excuse for busting into Tad's house and verbally assaulting Brooke, like that. At least she apologized.

I wanted to smack Ryan when he looked at Greenlee with that smug expression and told her that he wanted a divorce. What a jerk.

Great picture, J.Cooper! I love the dresses and the color, too! And so wonderful to see Bianca - I wish that she would come back for good! I'm so surprised that they are releasing pictures from the wedding, though - I would have thought that they would want to keep Erica's dress a secret, etc. I saw the picture in People Magazine, too. So glad that Erica and Jack are FINALLY getting married - I've been rooting for them for years! Now let's hope that they allow them to stay happy for at least a little while..........!!!
