OMG...I posted about this on this Thread back on 8/2!!! I think it is HORRIBLE. It is not like the AMC I have ever watched, it is like a sitcom!!!

I find that the roving camera makes me MORE tired as i watch it and i end up missing half the show cause i'm dozing on the couch, lol. I'm not enjoying the "as if you are there" experience at all!

OK maybe I missed something....it's a storyline from a while back maybe you guys know.

Remember when Babe was pregnant and she had her due date changed on her record in the Dr's office because she slept with Jamie before JR. I think little A is really Jamie's not JR's....does anyone remember this or am I crazy? Is it something they just dropped?

Also do you really think Spike is Ryan's baby?

SPOILERS FOR THE WEEK OF AUGUST 14TH


Jonathan promises Jack that he will tell Lily the truth if Jack drops his efforts to declare Lily incompetent.

Lily is utterly devastated when she finds that Jonathan has been lying to her about his condition.

Lily swears that she will never forgive Jonathan and returns home with Jack only to come apart at the seams.

Erica is furious when she arrives home and finds that Sean Montgomery has made himself all too comfortable in their home.

Tad lets Jamie know that he has proof that could send Dixie to jail.

Dixie and Zach fake an affair to give them an alibi.

Kendall plays out the ruse in public creating a scene as the jealous wife while Ryan plays her supportive boyfriend.

Dixie tells Zach that she is in love him but understands that he can never return that love.

Zach and Kendall share a passionate kiss when left alone together.

Zach and Ryan face off over Kendall.

Derek makes it known that he does not buy Zach and Dixie's clever ruse.

JR encourages Erin to strike while the iron is hot and make a move on Josh now before it's too late.

Ryan vows to stand by a distraught and frightened Annie.

Babe urges Josh to open up to Kendall and Bianca and try to establish a relationship with them.

Josh makes it clear to Babe that she is the only woman he wants.

Babe and Jr. met each other away from Pine Valley.
They slept with each other and got married at that time. Jr. went home to Pine Valley first, to prepare Adam for the news; Babe was to soon follow. However; as Babe was making her way to Pine Valley, she stopped at a beach party, where she met Jamie and slept with him. She assumed it was a one night stand, and to her later horror, found out that it was Jr's brother.

When she found out that she was pregnant, she wanted to make sure that the conception date was in the weeks before she met Jamie.

I think that right now, Spike is really Ryan's baby, but the writers will change their minds when the kid will need blood for some reason.

I've come to realize that the powers that be or incompetent writers which ever you prefer don't give a fig about charactor history or fans reactions. They'll change whatever anytime anyhow to suit a storyline. So Spike could turn out to be Kate in disguise, Colby will marry Tad and Lily will be cured! Sorry but I'm just so disappointed at this point and their are rumblings that Zach and Kendall are on the way out, there is a blind item floating around the internet and most figure it's this pair.

Loved, loved, loved the scenes with Babe and Erica! Babe really gave it to her. I'm glad someone isn't afraid of LaLucci.

If I recall correctly, Sean is Travis's son with Barbara. Bianca lived with her Father, Travis and step-mother, Barbara for many years, until Travis died - then she went to live with Erica.

I HATE - HATE - HATE Jack!! What's he's done to Lily. What's so bad about Jonathon not being "special" - now it's just that Lily is so upset at being lied to.

Jack never knew that Jonathan was cured. And they didn't talk about it during the admission to Jack - only when he was in the room with Lily did he say he changed after he had his seizure. So as far as Jack knows, Jonathan has been faking all along - thus the thinks he is deceiving Lily to con her, not because he loves her. Which also leads Jack to think that Jonathan is still resonsible for his crimes before the brain tumor was removed.

Ok, this is my story:

I am Sybil Thorne. I didn't really die. Much like other formerly deceased Pine Valleyians, I am very much alive. After Sean Cudahay shot me, I only pretended to die *enter flashback.*. Since I'm a nurse, I miraculously plucked that bullet right out of me and cleaned and bandaged the wound. The very next day, complications set in which required the attention of a doctor. A doctor who knew the meaning of mums the word. Luckily, a Pine Valley resident directed me to such a doctor. I told the doctor my story and he suggested I recuperate on his island for unwed mothers, even though my baby (Bobby Warner) had already been born.

The good doctor put my nursing skills to good use on his island. Not only did he pay me handsomely for my discretion and expertise, I had a killer tan! This doctor promised to keep my identity a secret to his dying day. But now that the doctor's dying day has indeed arrived, I must collect my bikinis and leave the island.

I plan to return to Pine Valley to blackmail Palmer Cortlandt. Sure, PC no longer needs me to break up Nina and Cliff and I'm a true believer in the old "what happens on the island of misfit mothers, stays on the island of misfit mothers" and all that, but I know many secrets that the good doctor thought would never leave the island... secrets that could blow the lid right off Pine Valley. And if you thought I was temptress extraordinaire getting goodie-two-shoes Cliff Warner into the sack, wait til you see me takin' on the bad boys *evil laugh.*

That new camera thing is really bothering me. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. What's up with that? I thought maybe for the CONFusion episode it was a one time thing, but it is still going on. It's TERRIBLE! Makes it hard to watch the show.

Someone mentioned that little Adam might not be JR's a few posts back. I have thought that all along because Paul lied and changed the DNA results. We never did get a definite answer as to whether he REALLY lied about it, or if JR was the father. I think we will find at some time in the future that little Adam is really Jamie's.

It's tough to keep watching sometimes (and I have been watching basicaly since the show began and I was a baby) when the writers keep SOARSing people. Seems a bit odd that Dixie leaves four years ago (with Jr barely starting high school) and then comes back and has a 4 year old daughter and little Adam is 2 1/2??? How JR went from a Sophomore in high school losing his mom to a 20something guy who went away and married Babe and had a child all in a year and a half is beyond me! Not to metion Colby being brought back as a 15 year old when she was about 8 when she left with Liza! OH BROTHER!!!

So is the little girl that Erin is helping protect from her child molesting dad really Kate? Anyone have a clue about that one?
