So what's the big thing with Babe and JR now? A plane crashing into them? Can't wait for today's episode.

OMG, I totally agree it is a female. When they said "if you have anything else to say, now would be the time"....so sounded female.

Either Erica or Hoolia, me thinks Hoolia...or no maybe wait....it's Erica, and Jeff finds out and they keep it from Jack, pushing him closer and closer to Julia Barr....good lordy loo it's been so long since she has had a storyline I can't think of her name right now....

When John James was on Dynasty a good friend of ours (best man in our wedding & on of our DD's godfather's) used to constantly go to & win all of those Dynasty look alike contests. He was a dead ringer for him. So much so that women (okay gullible women) would believe him when he told them he was really John James.

Anyway, after first seeing John James on AMC a few weeks ago I told DH that our friend Jim still looked like him.

Fast forward to a few days later when my DD (the god daughter) is watching AMC & yells out, "Hey, that looks just like Mr. Jim!!!" I almost died laughing.

He really does look like him. Unfortunately, now that's who I "see" whenever the actor is on the TV!

Good points IASW. The ivy league school thing especially - wonder how they'll work that one out? Maybe Erin still thinks Jonathan went to Princeton because he lied to her too. Or the writers think the viewers are dummies.

I guess Spike will be getting another name eventually, because when Erica said to Kendall "come on let's go give Spike a better name", Kendall didn't say "no, that's his real name forever". So, thankfully, the little shaver will be getting a more soap-appropriate name.

How is everyone on this thread? I haven't caught up with the show, but reading here, I feel as if I have seen every episode. Everyonce in a while I will catch up on Soapnet but have stopped recording it.

I liked the Myrt and Jamie hook-up idea. I bet Myrt is a super-freak! Seriously, Jamie and Hoooooolia are not right together, at all. Maybe they can bring Kate back to pine valley as a 18 year old after SORAS her and she and Jamie can hook up before they realize he is her step-brother. Then I was thinking maybe Kate already was SORASed and Di is really Kate. That would be a true "Dallas" (remember Ray Krebbs and Lucy) moment with Tad. EWWW.

What happened to Babe. Did the invasion of the body snatchers take away her mind? When she came to Pine Valley she was a vamp, and evil and fun to watch. Then she was this strong-willed, determined woman. Now she is a blathering idiot. JR tries to kill her and she sits back. The witches of Fusion attack her and she sits there. Where is Babe? One of these days I want JR to say, "Nobody puts Babe into a corner" ala Dirty Dancing. Wall-flower Babe doesn't work for me. It's out of character.

Who would have known that David would ever have competitiion for the most evil and demented Dr. in Pine Valley title. Madden is disgusting and that whole storyline is creepy, disgusting and boring. They need to wrap that up, but from the sounds of it, won't.

Was this actor, Jeff Colby, who is playing Jeff now, the original Jeff. I missed that if it was answered. I laughed when I first saw him and asked my wife where was Blake Carrington? Susan Lucci was on Dallas for a while, maybe they can bring in Patrick Duffy, since Susan's character killed Bobby's wife. That would be fun.

Oh well, back to the grind.

I haven't seen today's episode yet, but was anyone else completely grossed out by Jeff's half-unbuttoned shirt yesterday? Blech! Sorry, he just doesn't have the chest for that, and even if he did, is that approprate hospital attire for a doctor?

I mean, he's not a bad looking guy for his age, but if they want to bring him back as a possible love interest for Erica, please find someone a little more her style. They'd never bring in a woman actress that looked like him for a love triangle, only for a "fat girl" storyline.

What a snoozefest lately. As much as I hate Josh, I was glad somebody noticed the HUGE age difference. I mean, Geez, he was a small boy when she married Noah. Yuck!!!

And I was glad that Babe pointed out that the women of Fusion are not saints also. I mean Erin harbored a serial killer, Simone slept with her friends dad, etc etc. And Kendall, geez, she has tons of crap in her past!

Oy someone did Dr. Madden out already I mean now they are able to dig him up and move him around? Though I must admit in a sick way I'm intrigued. I am a bit bothered by Dixie's lack of faith in ad though. Oh I have such a bone to pick so to speak with Kendall back at the office and in regular cloths, super skinny clothes when two episodes ago she was in a hospital in a coma!

Doesn't everybody go back to work 2 or 3 days after they have a premature baby by c-section? And doesn't everybody walk out of the hospital in their regular clothes, looking like they did prior to pregnancy.

BTW - my guess for the Dr. Madden grave digger is Di. Don't know why, just think it may be her. Probably because everyone else is too obvious.

Only at PVH. Remember when Maria would wear the custom tailored white doctors coats? We knew she had big ones she didn't have to advertise.

The show is just ho hom for me lately. Jamie and Julia is just gross. They have absolutely no chemistry. She and Josh have more chemistry than Jamie. But if it keeps Jamie's shirt off I'll deal with it.

I agree that Babe is not the same character she was in the beginning. She is way too much of a doormat to be believable.

Should we start a pool on how long it is be before Jeff and Erica kook up????

Hi Everyone! I was just laughing out loud, catching up on everybody's posts! Great to see you, Sarge, by the way!

And I so agree with everyone's thoughts about this whole Jamie and Julia thing being totally unnatural and gross, and her having way more chemistry with Josh than with Jamie. And who showers together in a hospital staff break room, without worrying about being caught? Do they even HAVE showers that could accomodate more than one person at a time at the disposal of general hospital staff??? I want to know what happened to Sydney Penny's acting ability. She was a pretty good actress, "back in the day", 10 or so years ago when she was last on the show. Now, her lines seem forced and awkward and her facial expressions seem overexaggerated. And when she "flirts" or tries to act like a "vamp", it's so cheesy that it makes me sick! She was so much better, back in the Noah days and pre-Noah days (like the whole Louie Grecco rape storyline) - and when she used to spar with Sarah Michelle Gellar's Kendall, over Anton, etc.! Now, she's just tacky, which is sad.

I also suspect that it may be Di who has Greg buried.........but I have no idea where she would have access to things like barbituates.........or how she "got in there" while Greg was sleeping to give him more water and food........and a framed photo of Josh (?!?!). I think that "THE VOICE" is actually more than one person. As we've said, sometimes it sounds slightly feminine, but yesterday, it sounded just like David to me - even "THE VOICE'S" choice of words sounded like things that David would say.......who knows? I'm getting tired of "guessing" - it's like Proteus, all over again.........soon, we won't care who "THE VOICE" is, and will be bored and disappointed by the time s/he is revealed!

I also agree about Babe becoming a wimp, all of a sudden. And the ganging up of the Fusion women is just so unrealistic and ridiculous. As is the new prospect of them opening a club / bar downstairs from their office. I guess that we won't be seeing S.O.S. any more, and ConFusion will be the new place to "hang out" when people aren't at the Yacht Club? (which is apparently the OTHER new place for people to hang out, since we're seeing that set so often, now! Doesn't anybody go to the Pine Valley Beach on the Pennsylvania Ocean, any more?? )

I totally agree. I don't understand why they don't create a storyline with Julia & Josh. Neither of them are my favorites, but together they aren't that bad & I could actually see a good relationship between the 2 of them.
