While no official announcement has been made, I think it's a done deal. Here's part of my post from 9/6 (top post on page 6 of this thread):

It just gets worse and worse! Marj isn't the only one leaving. Josh Duhamel is leaving too. It's not "official" yet but KathyPVB (Webmaster/Administrator of PVB) alluded to it in such a way that I believe it will happen. She doesn't even hint at this kind of news unless she "knows" something. She says she's not at liberty to say at this point.

There is a link in my original post to a thread on PVB which no longer exists. They clean out the posts way too often over there for my taste! LOL!

Found this on a fan website so don’t know how reliable it is but thought I’d share, for what it’s worth. (My commentary in blue italics.)

News from a Vincent Irizarry fan event put an end to the rumors of Finola Hughes going back to GH. (WAH!) VI went on to say that him and FH have a big story coming up (Blech!), and also mentioned that the baby will be carried to full term. (WAH!) He also said that Anna and David share some tender scenes next month (Gag me!), but that doesn't mean that Anna and David will get back together. (Well, at least one small glimmer of hope - maybe they won't get back together!)

Whoa! Just checked back on the website I linked above and found this:

NEWS FROM THE FAN LUNCHEON: At the Luncheon, Josh Duhamel confirmed that he had taped his final scenes on Friday 9/20, The same dat Marj Dusay taped her final scenes. Let the speculation on how this will all happen begin. I cant tell that alot of interent rumours are going to start now.

Should be able to confirm this in a couple of days. KathyPVB and many posters on PVB attended the luncheon today and should be reporting on the boards maybe as early as tonight or tomorrow. Will let you know what I hear.

where is everyone?? This thread has been pretty slow going lately. Everyone must be out having fun. I am at work, wish I wasnt. *sigh*


Todays show was pretty good. The scenes between Maria/Maureen and David today were good - glad she was giving him heck!! Go Maria!!! Jack and Lilly was touching too. So does it look like they are trying to get Anna & Jack together or what??? LOL on Greenlee crashing Leo & Trey's party and then Trey rescuing Kendall. Some good scenes today!!

Jack & Anna---I'd like that coupling~She deserves a good man. I never really did warm up to her and David together.

Dr Dave--if Maria/Maureen really listened to him she would press charges. His baby needs a father! Ha! Her kids needed a mom, even one that didn't remember them!

I loved the line the other day from Ed-dumb...something about I've had my kids worshipping the memory of a mother they don't remember. Yep Ed-dumb you did, very wrong. That poor little Maddy-she just wants a Mommy to live at her house. I hope Maureen doesn't fall in love with Ed-dumb, she is too edgy for him now! Woo-hoo!

Leo-Trey-Nessa-Proteus-money---ho hum, yawn.......

Bummer about Leo leaving though. AMC needs to find a lot more eye-candy for us with him and Cam gone! A little less suit on Trey, more Aidan!?!

Kendall told Jack and Chris that Trey is Vanessa's son and that he may have started the fire. Liza gave Anna everything David asked her to hide in exchange for a promise of immunity. When David tried to stop her from leaving with the evidence, Anna pulled a gun on him. Anna held the gun on David to keep him from taking the evidence she had collected against him. Later, she collapsed in her office, unaware that a vial of one of David's experimental drugs fell to the floor and rolled out of sight. Erica knocked Trey unconscious when she heard his voice and assumed he was Richard Fields, the man who fathered Kendall when he raped her. Later Trey told Kendall they might be brother and sister. Vanessa later told Erica that Fields is Trey's father. Maria and Aidan share a kiss.

Thanks for the spoilers, Christine and MaryJ! I'm sorry that I didn't read them.....as I never do.....I still want to be surprised!

Aprille - thanks for the link to the post about Leo's departure. I am so sad! Not only is he a fun and interesting character, but Josh is definitely one of the best actors on the show! Even though Vanessa's storylines have been silly - especially lately - Marj Dusay is wonderful as well, and the show will really miss having them around. I'll bet that they will leave together - to "take on Europe" again, like they used to (thereby leaving it open for them to return in the future). I think that today's scene with Leo telling Greenlee that he can't go to Paris with her, and all of his bonding with his relatives, will figure into the final plot somehow. Or maybe instead of going to Europe to con people, Leo and family will come up with a plan to save Vanessa from her legal troubles....and he will sneak her out of the country, or something. What will become of Greenlee? Will she reclaim Jake from annoying Mia?? I sure will miss Leo!

I'm with you, Faith - Ed-dumb deserves everything he gets for the way that he's treating Brooke, and for trying to smother Maureen/Maria and make her do what he wants! On the other hand, I wish that Brooke would stand up for herself, already, and stop playing the victim. Now, Ed-dumb and everyone else can clearly see that Maria is not "herself" - surely they can imagine her pushing Brooke away and not listening to her (much less wanting to come back to PV with her), when she found her in Nevada. I don't know why Brooke doesn't just tell everyone that when she found Maureen, she didn't WANT to be "found", you know? I'm tired of seeing everyone in PV judging her and putting her down, while she does nothing to defend herself. And she is being so nice to Ed-dumb - she's always helping people and getting nothing in return - like the way she helped Tad after Ditsie "died". They should just let her be happy, for once.

I literally snoozed about 3 times during the David-Anna-Jackson scenes, today. Enough, already!

I loved the scene between Jack and Lily yesterday, though! It's funny that we were just talking about her on the thread, recently, and all of a sudden, we see her on the show for the first time in years!
