And that leads to my next question...is Pine Valley PA right next to Atlantic City??????

Tad said that DonJuan was in AC then they cut to Greens and DonJuan and the same storm was thundering there that was rumbling in PV. So the 2 towns must be VERY close?! And then Jack just appears in AC in minutes and the storm is still just rumbling. WOW!

And if it's going to storm again will Binks freak out and Erica will help her and that will cure Erica's fear of storms but not Binks new fear of storms?! Anyone stay with me on that line of thinking? I think I lost myself.

Well, AC is only about an hour outside Philadelphia so it is believable that AC isn't too far away.

However, AC is looking very strange. You could see high-rise skyscrapers like in NYC out the window of the hotel. Ain't none of of those in AC, except for the casinos that are in a row along either the Boardwalk or the Bay. And the scenes of Greenlee climbing tree stumps along the water. That wouldn't be happening in AC either. It's a great big wide open beach with a boardwalk and then the casinos (or other buildings further up). I can't imagine anything in AC that looked like where she is stranded. Looks more like she walked all the way to Maine.

Pembo -- I was thinking the same thing about the dress. Should have just kept wearing the old one! Also, you rarely see anyone in AC with a bucket of chips. She must have had thousands of dollars in that bucket! The buckets are for slot winnings -- quarters, dollars or maybe casino tokens for higher amounts. Chips are usually cashed in before leaving the floor.

But who said AMC was real life?

well, like i had said before...i thought that i had seen a spoiler somewhere online that said that bianca finally confesses to erica what happened...and that was supposed to happen around the 12th i think. so maybe this storm will have something to do with it!! crossing my fingers!! it about broke my heart watching the scenes between erica and myrtle the other day. it's going to be hard watching it when bianca tells all...

slightly off topic...has anyone seen the lowe's commercial with maggie in it? something about picking out paint...i only mentioned it cuz i saw it a thousand times today!! we had TLC on for a good portion of the day watching trading spaces and she was on every break. i kept telling DH "hey...that's maggie!" he was pretty sick of it by the last time we saw it!

Backing up a little here -- I also didn't understand how Kendall thinks Michael won't notice his safe is missing. It was bad enough wondering how he wouldn't notice the $500,000 but the entire safe is ridiculous. And I guess he won't suspect her even though she was standing outside his door.

I wonder if this is somehow going to tie back into Liza. Remember when Michael was pumping Colby for information? Maybe Michael will make it look like this was the stolen money and get both Liza and Adam into trouble?

Strongman Aiden and Kendall (with all her muscles) were having a lot of trouble lifting the "heavy" safe onto the dolly. When they heard Michael was on his way home (Mia called to warn them) they decided to abandon the mission.

I agree completely.. The only reason for them to even do this was to position Kendall in Michael's apartment when Ryan called. That was so obvious...

LOL Pam and Barb - I was thinking the exact same thing when they were showing Greenlee on the beach in "AC" - that looks nothing like the real AC shoreline (......though it does look strangely similar to the typical PV beach......! )! I guess that one could say that maybe the NYC-like skyscrapers were actually some of the other casino hotels......but there would be a lot more neon showing through the window if that's what they were supposed to be! And I can't believe that Greenlee was wearing that tacky dress, either!

Maybe Adam and Mary will eventually get together??? Now THAT would be a couple!

I haven't seen the ad with Maggie in it, Brandie - I will have to keep my eyes open for it!

I miss Arlene, Faith! She was always good for comic relief and stirring up trouble. But now that Hayley and Mateo are gone, I guess that there's really no reason to bring her back........

Speaking of "bringing people back", where the heck have Ed-dumb, Maria, Bratty-Maddie, and non-existent Sam been, lately? For months, we were inundated with them, and now they're gone! Maybe they will "re-surface" when the current storylines calm down a bit. At least Aidan is having a chance to get over Maureen, without Maria and Ed-dumb in his face, making out, all the time!

Barb - I'll bet that they will re-visit the whole "who shot Jack" / "who killed Chris" themes, as soon as Ryan returns to PV. I suspect that it was Luis who shot Jack and we know that it was Flanders who shot Chris. At this point, it's like Chris didn't even exist - no one seems to remember or mention him!

I agree, Sarge - the whole silly safe plot was probably just designed as a ploy to have Kendall in a position to answer the phone and hear Ryan's voice. Obviously, Kendall will want to re-ignite her relationship with Ryan, upon his return......and so will Greenlee (did anyone else catch how she mentioned his name, when listing the many people who have "lied" to her, the other day? She hasn't acknowledged her fling / obsession with Ryan in YEARS. Now, all of a sudden, she remembers it?!!)....and I'm sure that Mia will, too. Heck, maybe Liza will want to "get in on the action", too..........Fusion will have a very "interesting" office atmosphere, as soon as Ryan comes back to town! And can you imagine how Simone will react, when she sees him??? (I believe that she knew him, when he was in PV before, when she was pretending to be Mateo's girlfriend, during the whole stupid Proteus thing). Poor Carlos and Juan Pablo.......they will be yesterday's news before they know it!

Have we seen the last of Henry? And Joni? And Jamie? Are they just going to "fade off into the sunset" a la Frank Hubbard, never to be seen or heard from again, at that great big fictional medical conference???

Someone, please refresh my memory, what was Greens relationship with Ryan??? All I can remember is him losing Gillian (loved her), hooking up with Liza after the fire, then being with Kendall (which never made sense.)

And I too was wondering what happened to Bratty-Maddie, Ed-dumb and Mareena??????? I guess E & M are too busy in bed to be out in PV! LOL!!!

I also thought that the beach in AC looked a lot like PV's beach.......hmmmmmmmmm

Did you catch their little innuendoes, today (they've been making the Greys quite risque, since Maria came back to the show!)? About the turret and the whipped cream??? At least they weren't as blatant as the "that's not my elbow / that's not my eye" comments, of last month..........!

Barb - you may remember, somewhere around 1997, Greenlee was all depressed about Scott wanting Gillian and not her. Also, she was humiliated after making that "Dangerous Liaisons-like" bet with Leo (that he couldn't get Becca into bed.......but he wound up really liking her and dating her, instead), and feeling really lonely......so she hooked up with Ryan on a "casual basis". He was very nice to her - tried to boost her self esteem.......but told her from the get-go that he wasn't interested in having a serious relationship with her. In the beginning, that was all right with her, but after awhile, she started to really like him......then become obsessed with him to the point that she essentially created IncredibleDreams.com for him, bought him a yacht (because he said that he'd always dreamed of owning a boat), etc. She also stole Gillian's diary, in the hopes of learning more about her so that she could act like her, hoping that that would make Ryan want her more. When he told her to back off (and then eventually that he wanted to get back together with Gillian), she became even more obsessed. At that point, Leo was helping her out, and they broke into his apartment (which I could swear is the one which subsequently became Simone's / Trey's / Jack's, etc.) and destroyed everything inside. Eventually, Greenlee and Leo got together and lived happily ever after, and she sort of forgot about her obsession with Ryan.

I'll bet that once he comes back to PV, Greenlee will be all interested, all of a sudden, and want to pick up where they left off, like 6 years ago!

As for Gingerbread Game-seemed alot like Candyland to me except CL doesn't use dice. And BrattyMaddie is WAY too old for a baby game like that. Candyland is for the 3 yr old set. Oh AMC writers, let's do a little more research, please.

Today's episode was great. I was crying when Erica was gently trying to get Bianca to tell her what had happened.

I also like the scenes with Greenlee and Jack. He seems so compassionate.

I think if Maddie, Sam, Maria, and Edmund went away, no one would miss them. What was yesterday's scene for anyways? Just to remind us that they are still around?

I can't wait for Ryan to return to Pine Valley and hopefully put Michael in his place.
