All I Want For Christmas Is To Tell My Boys!

:lmao: :lmao: I noticed the same thing and thought - 'wow, Santa was REALLY nice to Shelly's family this year...I need to make a visit!'

I love the PJs too - your boys are adorable, it's easy to see the family resemblances, too - thanks for sharing all of this with us and happy planning as a family now.

I love your boys reactions! How awesome it must be to talk about things out in the open now. Thanks for sharing the pictures with all of us!

Hooray!!!! Love it! :)

Thanks for all of the kind words from everyone reading this thread! :goodvibes

I couldn't have kept it a secret for so long without having all of my DIS friends to talk to! :grouphug:

Well last night after dinner and more presents from the grandparents and everyone left and things started to settle down, it really started to set it with the boys. DS9 said - Hey when are you going to start to pack, shouldn't you have started already??? :rotfl: He knows his mommy so well! Normally I would be all packed by now except for the last minute items! Then the questions began - How many days of school will we miss? What park are we going to first? Can we ride RNRC first? Are they still doing the Jedi Training Academy at DHS? Are we getting the DDP? What restaurants are we eating at? Can we finally go back to our "first Disney hotel" (CBR)? And on and on and on!! All valid questions though! :thumbsup2

Here they are thanking us for the trip last night!

All in all the surprise was a great success and I am really glad that we did it. But would we do it again? Probably not! :rotfl: It was just way too hard and I really missed not being able to plan and share all the details and excitement with the boys. Although I have to say that the time has gone by much faster without them knowing and asking questions everyday! :lmao:

But now we have the next 25 days to countdown together and plan and pack! We are all so excited!! :cool1:

Thanks to everyone who has shared in this exciting time with us. I hope everyone had a blessed Christmas day.

Watch out CBR and WDW - Here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :woohoo:

:wizard: I'm so glad your surprised worked! It's something they will remember forever and I can't wait to do this for my future kids someday. :santa:

this is way too funny! my husband and i have been planning a surprise trip since september to go to disney on feb. 5-10.
so on xmas we surprised our kids. we usually dont give them anything but this year we were going to with this. we didnt know how to at first [[we were thinking a scavenger hunt]] but decided to do this:
we bought them each a disney themed tshirt b/c my oldest daughter had been complaining that we dont get into the "disney spirit" when we're there. [[we usually just wear everyday clothes]] so we wrapped the presents and gave them to the kids. after they opened them, i gave them and envelope. they thought nothing of it! so it was working out perfect! my oldest even said "is this a merry christmas note or something?"
so she opened it and read only the part that said PACK UP THOSE TSHIRTS BECAUSE YOU GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!! and started hysterical crying b/c she was so happy! [[i thought the reaction was going to be so different and i was shocked so i forgot to tape everything lol]] my other daughter read the rest and started jumping up and down and running aroung the house screaming [[i thought that would be my other daughters reaction too lol]] and my son didn't really do anything but now hes in the disney spirit =]

we're all so excited. its only 37 days away and all day all i hear is mom come look at these pictures of the POLY! [[thats where we're staying... and its my dream resort and my oldest daughters too]]

only 37 days! :goofy:
