I would love to be in the park to take ToT pictures in the fog. You could get some really cool shots.
I still can't get over how empty the park was that morning.
It was very nice not to have to weave through crowds.
Wow, Inflation is hitting everyone, especially Jill. Brooklynn's bribe price sure has increaed.
Something about those PP pictures look familiar.
Jill didn't even try a quarter bribe first. She went straight to the big buck.
Brooklyn is so brave! Wish I had the nerve to ride all that stuff. And you riding with no hands!
So what do you guys like to order at Staring Rolls. We ate there for the first time last year and I'd love to know what you like there.
The blueberry muffins are good, as are the apple turnovers. The girls like cinnamon rolls, but I'm not a huge fan of those. They are gigantic. The Butterfinger cupcake is fabulous.
Love love love the picture of Tower of Terror in the spooky-ish fog!
I wish someone would pay me to ride ToT....I'd make a killin'! Glad you got to ride it with Brooklynn.
If Brooklynn can do it, all of you scaredy cat grown-ups can, too.
It was ice cream.
Lexi got one and loved the souvenir mug.
Now it sits beside the Donald one from the Halloween Party in the cabinet.

Glad your all booked now! How exciting that you will get some special time with Brooklynn.
You couldn't offer me enough money to go on ToT...Brooklynn is a brave girl.
Mmmm...... those morning treats look very tasty!
I'm glad you knew what it was. I took pictures, but at a glance, it looked like regular frosting, so I thought they had put cupcakes down in there.
Yayayay! for summer plans!
I was counting on those dates anyway!
Now just to get everyone else to make decisions, like Trent, Jarvis, Megan....
Megan is just hesitant because of flight costs.
It seems that her mother hasn't offered to pay this time.
I don't know when the guys will know. I hope they will come for a few days.
It would take more than a dollar to convince me to ride ToT!
I spy two of my crew in those names!
Yep, your two DIS family members can officially ride ToT. If I find a Jackie, you have to ride, too.
Why don't we have a ToT meet in June?
I don't blame Brooklynn for being scared of the ghosts. I love that ride best of all in Disney World and I still get a little bit creeped out by the ghost-y stuff in there!
I admit, I like the ride more than the ghosts, too.
Those EMH sure are the way to go, aren't they?? What a great thing to ride over & over!!
I'll have to post some before & after pics as things get done. Instead of moving, I decided to do some remodeling/redecorating instead That's been occupying my free time lately!!
That must be fun. We will look forward to pictures. I am hoping to hold back a little income tax money for possibly a new kitchen sink.
I love the cute Mickey mugs
They are cute.
You must have felt like a VIP family having all of DHS to yourselves!
That fog is really eerie! Great photo opportunity for ToT definitely! Brooklynn is definitely a brave girl! My DNeice would never ride with me even if I paid her! And Brooklynn didn't quite convince me with her scared face either! She must just be too brave to be scared!
The fog was a nice touch for ToT.
They always have Christin
a, but never Christin

I don't think I've ever found any Christine items in Disney.
This year I need to get a Tower of Terror shirt! I always say I'll go back later in the trip to get one and I always forget.
Brooklynn is much braver than me. I wouldn't go on that until I was almost 16 And yet I went on Rock n Roller Coaster when I was little. But I had my dad with me that time. We would've gone on ToT but I think I was too short. Every trip after that I was too scared to do it alone and my mom wasn't sure if she could go on because of her back problems. Of course now it's one of my favorites
I woke up with a stuffed up nose on Saturday and I was wondering if whatever you had was contagious through the computer I'm a little bit sniffly today but other than that I'm fine. I'm trying to avoid getting sick so I don't miss class between now and my trip so I won't feel guilty for potentially skipping the day before we leave
Neither Christine nor Christina are in the top modern names, so I am surprised they had either. I always expect Jessica and Ashley and those kinds of names, but it is fun to read all of the ones they have on all the different things. I doubt we will ever find a Brooklynn with double nn at the end.
I hope you don't get the cold I had. It's almost gone now, so I'd say it was about ten days long. Too long.
Hey all!! I got MeMom's text and finally made my way over. My dad was at work on a Monday cause he had some time off from his full time job. I'll be back later to catch up on the whole report.
I'm officially done with my Associates Degree (graduation is in March) so school work won't be keeping me away any more. I'm currently looking for work in my degree field. It may be more difficult than I hoped because I do not have any professional work in a childcare setting. I think some volunteer work will help me out. It's just been a little discouraging being told that even with a degree, I may not be able to do the work I want.
I thought you might want to see a picture of your dad.
You will get a job in childcare. It might not be exactly what you want at first, but you'll keep getting better and better situations.
You are welcome to come to
Disneyland with me anytime you want! We try to make it at least once during every "season". We have SoCal AP's so we can only go during the week, but since we are modified year round schools, we usually can make it work.. or once in awhile, we will have a "sick day". We are "sick" of school and need a break!

For my DD's project for art class, she has to take pictures and make them into a book. See... it'd be perfect for you to come and help us out! I love taking pictures also, so this project is a great one for me. There are lots of changes/work being done at Disneyland, so hopefully we can work around all the covered up areas. There will be a lot of wandering and not much rides being ridden, which is fine with me as I am more of a "bag holder" & people watcher than a rider.
TOT... UCK! My one REALLY big fear is of elevators and free falling. I have ridden in the past, and I did suck it up and rode with my hubby in the Fall, and I never screamed so much in my life. I was just going to walk thru the queue with him and take the chicken out path, but he talked me into it.. NEVER again!
You'll have to show us the finished product.
I am not a bit afraid of heights or of free falling, but I am terrified of enclosed places, so I can relate to the fear itself!
