I have more life in me today than I have had in a week. I think this is the big day. My cough is still hanging on, though, and it is rattling my brain against my skull, I think! I can't afford to lose any valuable brain cells, either, so it needs to stop.

I still have one more week to go and found out yesterday about some major work that our principal expects us to do over break. Well, I will be cruising with Mickey so I have to get it all done before...I told John that I may be comatose on the drive down!

I just had to comment on this. That is just soooo wrong! What part of BREAK do they not understand! I'm so sorry they did that to you. I get so tired of companies (or schools) thinking they own their employees! My DH's company tries to do the same thing to him. They always insist that he takes his company cell phone along when we are on vacation and that's when I put my foot down and say NO! Not being responsible for anything going on at work is what makes it a VACATION! I sure hope you are able to enjoy yourself and relax even though you have that ridiculous burden hanging over your head.

It would be nice just to check in and out, leaving the work at work, wouldn't it? I carried home three tubs of stuff I'll be doing next week, but I'll do it in my leisure, since I'm not going anywhere on this break.

We enjoy making them fun for all. Hopefully the girls will look back on pictures with fond memories, and maybe they'll even get a kick out of the parties they were too little remember.

Going under the sea this weekend??? Sounds Great. I will have to work and there is a big meet at our facility so I have long days with nothing really to do but make sure everything goes smoothly.

In other words lots probably lots of time to DIS.

I plan to be all caught up and maybe even attend to my own TR.

Yes, but I haven't felt the excitement yet. I went through this week dragging, and I have a lot to make up now. I'll feel it Sunday night - after we've partied tomorrow and after I am not thinking about Monday mornings lesson plans.

Life under the sea in Alabama has been very nice today.
I got here early, and everyone chipped in throughout the day to get everything party ready.
I have a picture of John vacuuming, too.

Thanks Rinky! I had a minor breakdown that afternoon but have gotten myself together since then. Like MeMom said, I am going to push myself to the limit this week and by Monday I will be free as a bird. I think I'll enjoy the cruise even more!

We had some big news in my family! My brother & girlfriend (I went with them to WDW in January) got engaged 2 weekends ago! The wedding is January 5th & I am the wedding planner, so I've been busy putting together ideas! I'm also planning my cousin's wedding in September & getting ready to go to Fort Myers, FL for Easter so I've been a bit busy! But it's all fun so I don't mind.

I hope you have great fun in Alabama!!

Like Katie I too spied that cute little baby bump! So exciting to see the pregnancy progressing! I can't wait to see "Jill in bloom" this summer! Bella's party was just adorable and that treasure hunt idea was fabulous! I'm not sure I would have been brave enough to have that sand in my living room though.....
Brooks hair is cute! Whenever she gets it cut like that she looks so very grown up!!!
