I got several pages behind...goodness! Your pictures are just what I needed to see. Life is so busy, school is absolutely C-R-A-Z-Y...can't wait for spring break! I like getting lost in some pictures of my happy place.

So sorry for all of your losses recently. Part of my stress is that both my dad and one of my sisters have some very serious health issues right now. Seems like everything is just piling up. I know we are not given more than we can handle but sometimes I do wish my load could be lightened just a bit, ya know?

You only have a couple of days until you get a well deserved rest! I know it's a bit sad because you are not going to Disney but I am sure you can squeeze some magic in there somewhere!

Disneyland still has their Soarin' although it is Soarin' over California and WDW is just Soarin'. There have been rumors over the years that WDW would get a new movie but I haven't heard that one for awhile.

I was tempted by the Guava cupcake, but I expressed my concern about not liking it. The CM insisted that I get it, and if I didn't like it, she told me to bring it back and she'd give me a different one. (I made a note of her name and then failed to turn in a note of appreciation. Next trip I am picking up the slips on the way into a park!) BTW: I loved the guava cupcake.

Yes, DL has the exact same Soarin', just different name it is my FAV ride in California Adventure, along with Toy Story! Since it is Spring Break here and our AP's are only good for this week before we are blacked out... and my DD is home from college.. we may have to make a trip to DL tomorrow!

I talked to Kay tonight. I think we can back it up a little and go maybe Wed. to Wed. or Thurs. to Thurs., which means we could do what we talked about a couple of nights and then move when you guys leave. You can see if that works for you or not.

So hard to keep up around here. Most tmes I can read but getting on to comment is getting harder.

Just passed Nashville & waved to you, MeMom! Also thought you'd be tickled bcz we were savoring a travel treat that always reminds us of Soarin' - clementines. Just a few hours to Dollywood now, & I'm still monkeying with my phone settings to let me post pics for you. That is, if I live through the new winged coaster. Yikes!

I know my artist loves this store a lot. She bought some of the posters on her last trip.

That picture of the girls with Mulan is adorable. I have some pretty good pictures of her with my girls too. China is a favorite stop for us.

I have not seen the China film in forever. Maybe this summer. If not, definitely on the old lady spring break trip next year.

Yeah, that Brooklynn is becoming quite a little reader, too. She was cute reading a Dr. Seuss book to me a couple of weeks ago.

Enjoyed your pictures from China - it's an area we haven't yet explored but I hope to put that right in the summer. We have a big learning girl too (she'll be just turned 5 when we make our next trip) and I'm hoping we can make some sort of 'Around the World' scrapbook and take our time travelling through the World Showcase.

I think it would be fun to do something neat with Brooklynn around World Showcase now, too. They have some little kits that you do things with. I've seen them, but I'm not sure what. I'll check into them this summer.

I am with you on that spring break thing! We are used to having ours in mid-March, so we are aching to get out of there right now.

Life can be so incredibly stressful sometimes, and we have moments that bring us to our knees. That's when I just tell God, "This is all You. I've got nothing." In time, things change one at a time and life becomes semi-normal again. I am sorry to hear about your family's health issues. We will keep them in our thoughts and prayers. I just always hope for strength to face the days and comfort to help ease the pain.

My magic will be had this weekend with my girls. We're doing Bella's birthday party Saturday. We will go under the sea with a bunch of sweet little mermaids.

I can tell a little difference every day, but yesterday I was running a fever again. It has been a week today since I got sick, so maybe today is the day it's over.

I still have one more week to go and found out yesterday about some major work that our principal expects us to do over break. Well, I will be cruising with Mickey so I have to get it all done before...I told John that I may be comatose on the drive down!

I just had to comment on this. That is just soooo wrong! What part of BREAK do they not understand! I'm so sorry they did that to you. I get so tired of companies (or schools) thinking they own their employees! My DH's company tries to do the same thing to him. They always insist that he takes his company cell phone along when we are on vacation and that's when I put my foot down and say NO! Not being responsible for anything going on at work is what makes it a VACATION! I sure hope you are able to enjoy yourself and relax even though you have that ridiculous burden hanging over your head.

Going under the sea this weekend??? Sounds Great. I will have to work and there is a big meet at our facility so I have long days with nothing really to do but make sure everything goes smoothly.
