I learned that Chip and Dale trick from the DIS this week. Who knows how I got through the last 29 years of my life without knowing that Chip's nose is dark like a chocolate chip?

Hi, guys! Just posting an update from WDW.

Last night we caught Wishes and had dinner at Cosmic Ray's after getting in on a late flight. CBR is beautiful! We are in the Jamaica section with a corner room facing the water. It's perfect.

Currently at the conference right now... but leaving soon for another MK night. EMH tonight so we'll stay until around 1:00 and aim to be in bed by 1:30. Have to be back at the conference tomorrow by 7:00am so we will definitely be tired but I just can't pass up MK EMH! Lotsa coffee and Coke tomorrow!

The weather is nice... warm, sunny... pretty much what I was expecting for June!

Tomorrow I'm heading to Epcot mid-afternoon SOLO and then to the Kona Cafe for a dinner ADR.

Hope all of you guys are having wonderful weekends!

I'm glad you liked the pizza.. because DH got a pizza one day and I took a bite to taste it and wasn't that impressed. But my DH liked it. But the breadsticks are good. Also, I'm jealous you got chip and dale.. I didn't even see them this time.

I just got home so I'm busy uploading pictures and such. I'll be back tonight to catch up with y'all (can I say that even though I'm Canadian?) and post a new update!

Ahhhh I have to say, it's kind of nice to be home. It's so cool here and I've totally just flaked out all day. I need some downtime to recover. The trip was wonderful as usual though and I can't wait to get back in (hopefully) February.

I just got home so I'm busy uploading pictures and such. I'll be back tonight to catch up with y'all (can I say that even though I'm Canadian?)

I last left off with Koda bring Minnie some pretty blue flowers. We saw Donald and Goofy after but for some reason I can't get those pictures to upload so you guys will just have use your imaginations!

It was super hot so we decided to go use our Kilimanjaro Safaris Fastpasses and then scoot on out of Animal Kingdom. The first thing I noticed on the way? MORE BUTTERFLIES!

Animal Kingdom is just full of them!

My mom had to use the bathroom so before getting in the FP line I wandered around Africa snapping some pictures.

They were making these people at the Tusker House restaurant dance. It was pretty fun to watch!

Finally we were ready to board. With our Fastpasses, we walked right on. I swear, you can tell just by looking at this picture how hot it was that day! I'm starting to look like a shiny lobster here.

Adventure awaited us!

Now I won't post all of the safari pictures because the animals were not so active in the afternoon. We did luck out and get pretty close to the giraffes though! Our driver had to keep stopping the truck and telling this man at the back to sit down about every five minutes though. Boy oh boy, you could tell he was really getting angry! I don't know if the man didn't speak English or something, but he would not stop standing up to take pictures. By the end of the trip the CM was getting kind of snappy with him... although I don't blame him a bit! It must have been really frustrating for him to have to be babysitting a grown man instead of being able to tell us about the animals etc.

We walked the Pangani trail after KS. The gorillas were actually fairly active!

After Pangani we finally left. The bus was there just as we got to the station, woo hoo! We arrived back at the YC and promptly fell asleep in our lovely air conditioned room! It wasn't until we woke up an hour or two later that we realized Mousekeeping had left this little surprise in our room:

We showered and changed out of our AK clothes and decided to go get sundaes for dinner from Beaches and Cream. Ahhh walking through the YC lobby on the way out is just so gorgeous.

The tables outside of Beaches and Cream are so cute! I just love them.

We were luckily able to walk right in. We got the last available table!

After overlooking the menu...

We both decided we were going to skip any "actual" food and go straight for the sundaes. It seemed like a fun idea and they were delicious but when it got right down to it, they were so sweet that we could barely eat half of them and then ended up hungry later. Oh well, our intentions were good LOL and now we have a memory of eating sundaes for dinner at WDW!

I got chocolate and vanilla ice cream with peanut butter, hot fudge sauce, whipped cream and almonds. YUM.

This was the best I could do! I'll have to try again for an entire sundae on the next trip LOL. I don't think we're meant to be Kitchen Sink people!

You do lok a little lobstery - Did you use any sunscreen? As white as i am , that scares me. I hope I don't get lobstery
