I'm going to have a bustle added, but that's it. There are lots of other brides on here who have worn (or are going to wear) that same dress, so they might be able to help you a little more. I don't know how you would add buttons to the back zipper, but I think you could probably add cap sleeves.

I havent seen it in person yet, hopefully soon, but I am in love with it!
And I am not sure how to add buttons either, but my best friend, who is also getting married, and I, went to try on wedding dresses (for her) and the people at the store said they coud add a corset or buttons to the back of any dress. So I was just wondering if anyone did something like this. I think the buttons would be right on top of the zipper, not actual functioning buttons? Not sure though! haha

so I haven't been able to tell you the details on when I went and looked at the dress! So there is an Alfred Angelo store pretty close by me, which I was VERY excited about! So I went in to look, just look because I do not want to try a dress on at my current weight, and asked them all these questions! They absolutely can add buttons to the back! 
and cap sleeves, which I want. I did not know they had the two styles (sparkles and non sparkles) of course I loved the sparkles! I am so excited to go back and actually try it on in a few months (if they do not discontinue it because of the new line) which *fingers crossed* they do not!
