Southwest opened up a new flight out of BWI departing 8:35 am and arriving 10:50 am into MCO. As of now, it is still available for $79. Just thought I'd help anyone who may be looking for an earlier/cheaper flight.

It really varies greatly by how early you can book, day of the week, time of the day, etc. Right now through 6/9, they still have some flights available at $79 one way. My best advice is to book early, check often for rate drops, and watch out for Ding fares as time draws closer to your dates.

Thank you so very very much!!!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate that! We have reservations for POFQ from April 29th-May 9th, and had our Airfare booked for April 30th because there was nothing out of BWI on the 29th early enough for my DH to want to do that, he'd rather go out the next day. We were all disappointed as we were losing Sat. in the parks. Thanks to you I have successfully changed my reservation and we are now flying out on the 29th. And it didn't cost me any more because the tickets I was hold were $79 each way. You're the best! You have made us a happy family!

Last night I finally gave in and booked r/t MHT to Tampa for 4/29-5/6 because the return flight we were going to take out of MCO became unavailable and the only departure flight left from MHT was a very late arrival into MCO...I checked SW again this morning and they added another NS flight on 4/29 that arrives about 3 hours earlier into MCO . I canceled my res and rebooked two one-ways...MHT to MCO and TPA to MHT (since the return flights we want are still unavailable out of MCO). It pays to keep checking their schedules especially since they don't charge fees for making changes!! Gotta love them!!
