I have been told to try the buffet at Ale and Compass that it is a good value. Never got a chance. Thought I would try in upcoming trip. I don’t see it on the menu. Is it still there? What is called? Is it still a good value? What does it include? Thanks

For Ale & Compass the buffet option is the Continental Enhancement for $28

Continental Enhancement
Fresh Fruit, Assorted Yogurt Parfaits, Assorted Breakfast Pastries, House-made Granola, and Warm Cinnamon Rolls

We've had the Ale & Compass with the breakfast enhancement. It includes an entree of your choice along with the fruit, yogurt, pastries etc on the buffet. It can be a bargain if you want both coffee and orange juice with your breakfast. It all depends how hungry you are. :)

It’s a very limited buffet. You won’t find major entree items, like pancakes, waffles, meats, scrambled eggs etc. You order 1 entree (1 serving, not unlimited) & the buffet really is enhancement to that. So you would order your pancake entree & get fruit, yogurt & a mini danish from the buffet. It does include your coffee & juice, plus your entree. So it’s 1 price for it all, not the cost of the entree plus the buffet cost, making it a decent value.

So if you buy the entree as well as the enhancement for breakfast, do you then skip lunch?
I guess it depends on your appetite level. I usually order off the kids menu and get the buffet which for me was more than plenty. My wife gets the adult chocolotate waffles w/ buffet.

I have 2 boys that are as close to wild animals as you can get. They both get the adult entrees with buffet and are ready for lunch in a couple of hours and they usually split my wifes leftovers. My wife and I usually do a light lunch or just a snack until dinner.

Do both people at Breakfast have to do the Buffet?

If one want the buffet (entree with the extras),
Can the other just order an entree?
Or a kid’s entree?

Is the buffet, brought to you or do you get up to serve yourself? It’s limited items?

The buffet itself is really just a contential breakfast and if I was just buying that for $28(current price) it's no deal however if you get the full entree with the buffet it's still $28. The deal is really getting both. Anyone eating off the buffet needs to pay for the buffet.

I always order off the kids menu with the buffet. It's a nice compliment to a breakfast entree. I cant remember the child price because it's never listed on the on-line menu but its 100% available for kids or adults ordering off the kids menu. I think it's $10 cheaper then the adult price with the buffet. I have never had an issue ordering off the kids menu of course like everything Disney that's subject to change.

yes you have to get up for the buffet

No. Each person can order separately. Don't know about age restrictions on kid's entree. As for the last question.....it's a buffet, meaning you will get the items yourself. As others have mentioned, there is a limited selection of pastries, fruit, yogurt. They will serve you your coffee/beverage, but the buffet items are self-serve.
