Albatross Treasure Cruise anyone?

I've read a lot of posts about kids doing the Pirate Adventure cruise from the Grand Floridian, but I haven't seen much about this one from the Yacht Club marina. Has anyone done this? What did your kids think? Thanks

My DS will be going in September. We chose this one since we're staying at the BWV this time plus he's done the Pirate Cruise twice and loved it.

I've heard good stuff about the Albatross Cruise. I'm sure its great! Guess I'll find out first hand in September.

Our boys did it in August 2005 and loved every second of it. The kids in the group each received pirate bandanas and were given life vests to wear. They boarded their "pirate ship" and headed out to find clues that would eventually create a map that would show where the treasure would be they were searching for. They searched the waters around the BC/YC and headed into the lagoon at Epcot. They made stops in Mexico and Canada. DH and I walked around the Boardwalk, ate some breakfast and headed into Epcot to walk around. When we were there, we saw the "pirates" land in Canada and search for their clue. They were giving everyone "aarghs" as they passed. It was so cute. They had lunch and continued their search for the booty. At the end, when they found the treasure, they each received a small treasure box full of cherished plastic pirate related pieces.

my kids have done the fishing excursion from the yacht club and LOVED it (so much that we're doing a family fishing excursion in sept)!

the only "downside" for me was there were not a lot of places for the adults to hang out for the hour that the kids were fishing... i'd much prefer an excursion from either a more interesting resort or dtd... after the gift shop, dh and i just hung in the lobby and then sat out at the dock...
