Alaska Shore Excursion Companies

I am going through all the non-DCL excursions companies for our cruise in August. I looked at several companies that offer the same exact shore excursion as DCL. I have noticed that they all have similar descriptions, photos, logos, and price.

Are they all one big company ?

Does it really matter which company you book with ?

What company is DCL using to take their passengers out ?
