Alaska on July 19th, 2011 "Where a good tan is hard to find"

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE...only 650 days to go!!

Can you tell me how I can get the cool logo imagine in my signature? THANKS!!

Yup ...and...thats...

The total number of days between Wednesday, October 7th, 2009 and

Tuesday, July 19th, 2011 is 650 days.

This is equal to exactly 1 year, 9 months, and 12 days.

This does not include the end date, so it's accurate if you're measuring your age in days, or the total days between the start and end date. But if you want the duration of an event that includes both the starting date and the ending date, then it would actually be 651 days.

The total time span from 2009-10-07 to 2011-07-19 is 15,600 hours.

This is equivalent to 936,000 minutes.

You can also convert 650 days to 56,160,000 seconds. :lmao:

And dont you all forget it :rotfl2:

Once you are in "edit signature" (in user CP), click on the insert image icon. Instead of copying the actual image, copy and paste this url into the space that opens up after you click on insert image. Not sure if it will work, but it is worth a try! At least with the cruise being almost 2 years away, you've got plenty of time to figure it out!:)

I think this will help you add the logo! Thanks to "Got Disney"

Yes my way or the way that MC mentions above :thumbsup2When in doubt try them both and if that still does not work PM the Mod for this board and she will do it for you:woohoo:

First Look: Construction Photos of Disney Wonder’s Outlook Cafe Exterior

http://www.stitchkingdom.com/2009/1...disney-wonders-outlook-cafe-exterior/#respond0 Comments and 1 Reaction
The Disney Wonder is currently in drydock getting some much needed TLC around the ship. In addition miscellaneous repairs, the Cadillac Lounge is getting a new stage and the Animator’s Palate received a new floor.
A completely new addition to the ship is the Outlook Cafe which is being installed in anticipation of the Wonder’s Alaskan voyages in 2011. Located high atop deck 10, the 2,500-square-foot Outlook Cafe is a stylish retreat for guests to relax and enjoy a beverage or cocktail as they peer out through floor-to-ceiling, curved glass windows at breathtaking vistas. The design of Outlook Cafe is sophisticated with contemporary Art Deco inspiration. An elegant spiral staircase connects Outlook Cafe with the existing Cove Cafe one deck below. The 65-seat lounge has a granite-topped cocktail bar with comfortable seating throughout the space, all providing picture-perfect views of the surrounding landscapes.
We have obtained several photos of the ongoing work including our first glimpses of the Outlook Cafe, still very much under construction at the time the photos were taken, as pictured above.

Very Interesting, Thanks Robin! :thumbsup2

Good Morning Everyone :)

We'll expect a full Trip Report when you return.

Oh man, Tom I'm really bad at doing Trip reports:sad2: Okay here goes: Hope it's not too boring. Cast of characters: me (Sharon) DS (Jeremy)

Tuesday 10/6 travel day. United flight out of Colorado Springs was 40 min. late taking off and we almost missed our connecting flt in Denver. We got into MCO about 11pm & our bags were not on the carousel. Filed a lost baggage report and checked into the Hyatt at the airport.

Wednesday 10/7 - Magical Express to BWV - only us & 1 other family on the bus @ 7:30 am. We got dropped off first, checked in & headed over to Epcot. Did Mission Space 2X & Test Track checked out the Food & Wine Kiosks, had a Fisherman's Pie @ the Ireland Kiosk. Very yummy and if we get another one we'll say "Make mine a double.

Lunch we had Fish & Chips in England. Then went back to BWV and relaxed until our room was ready. We got into our room @ 2:30 and have a beautiful Boardwalk view on the 4th floor. We're right above the DVC offices. I got a call from bell services @ 4 pm that our luggage had arrived & they brought them to our room right away.

We walked back to Epcot for dinner and ate at Le Cellier. We both had the Filet Mignon and Jeremy looked like he was in heaven. He's still talking about how good dinner was last night.

We watched the fireworks from Illuminations on our balcony then we could also see the fireworks from wishes after that too! Day one was wonderful. We took it slow - enjoyed each other's company.

Day Two 10/8- Jeremy's 17th Birthday . . . . to be continued.:wizard:

I hope everyone is having a good week. :)

Good Morning Everyone :)

We would love to, except that little 3300 mile problem.

Found this from another poster....I will put links on page one. :thumbsup2

1. Spend time reading the Alaska board at Cruise Critic - http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=55

2. Read books. My top two recommendations are:

- Frommer's Alaska by Charles Wohlforth: http://www.amazon.com/Frommers-Alask...4226021&sr=8-1 This is the 2010 edition coming out in December. I prefer this to the Frommer's or Fodor's "ports of call" books.

- Alaska By Cruise Ship by Anne Vipond: http://www.amazon.com/Alaska-Cruise-...4226208&sr=1-1

I'm going for the "bear".........:dog2:
