Hello everyone,
I wanted to introduce ourselves. I guess we are the only ones in this group traveling with young kids, who will be starting the school the day after we return, but we couldn't pass up the opportunity. I see that we will be (almost) next door neighbors to acourtwdw, since we are in cabin 5020. This will be our fourth Disney cruise, the second on the Wonder, and we are all looking forward to it. Hopefully our youngest won't be too young.

I am sure that as the cruise gets nearer more people will join us & hopefully some young cruisers for your children to befriend.

I am signed up for this but not sure if I will keep it. Embarcation day will be my 47th birthday.

Sorry, we just switched our cruise to the Dream on August 2, 2011. It works our better for us. We still want to do an Alaskan cruise, but it will have to wait. Plus I want to see the Dream. It is a double dip with 2 stops at Castaway Cay.

Morning all! Happy Tuesday to ya...

Just realised that it was 2 years ago today that my DH, DD and I last set foot on the Wonder for a 4 night DD... Since then we've only sailed on the Magic so looking forward to enjoying the Wonder again in 2011!!!

We just got off an 11 day Mediterranean Cruise on the Magic and are now looking froward to Alaska. Our DIS group was very active and involved before the cruise and while on-board, we had over 100 staterooms which ment over 260 DIS'rs. We ended up with a web site, sharing lots of information and excursions. Looking forward to meeting all of you.

That's a great size group of DISers you had on your Med cruise. My DH and I are on the August 28 one and our meet thread has been super-quiet. It's the luck of the draw, I guess. So far this thread has been pretty quiet too - hopefully things will pick up once we get nearer to the sailing...

I had this really great reply all typed out and then hit a weird button and lost everything...
Needless to say, my husband and I are planning to make a reservation on this cruise. I have always wanted to do a Cruise, but my husband was worried he would be bored, so he said the only way he would do a cruise was if it was to Alaska, and now Disney has the Alaska itinerary... it seems like fate!
I am a Disney fanatic, trying to get to WDW every other year or so... Just got DH to WDW in December of last year, and he still hasn't caught the bug, but I am going to keep trying!
Anyway, I have gotten all the way through this thread this afternoon and I am more excited than ever to make this happen!
Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

I am waiting for a quote from a TA to compare to what I can do on my own... I have never used one for a disney vacation before, but am wondering if having the extra help might be worthwhile.
