Alamo with USRentacar - express pick up

Do any of you clever people out there know if there's a way to avoid the queues at MCO by pre-registering for a fast pick up with Alamo? We usually do Budget/USRentacar but are trying their new own choice (£544 for 4 weeks of a Full Size 4 door was cheapest when I booked ) and have just picked up the voucher which says we're with Alamo. We'll be there next Monday and are keen to head off ASAP when we land.

Not rented thru Alamo for almost 10 years so know nothing about it. hopefully someone will post.

Thanks wayneg. Thought you'd probably have some info - even if you haven't rented for 10 years! Are now registered with Alamo Direct Road.

We picked up our car last monday.

We registered with DirectRoad but when we arrived at Alamo there was no queue at all so we just got taken immediately from the normal Q.

I didn't see any signs for DirectRoad but I wasn't really looking.

we too rented with alamo, arrived on 18th june i also done the direct to road thing but didnt need to as there was no queue when we arrived!

We've used Alamo a few times recently through USRentACar. The last time we were there (November last year), the Direct Road line had disappeared (we've used it successfully in the past). I asked about it and was told there wasn't one.
