Alamo QS Question

I joined Alamo's QS program yesterday. Today I received my QS number. I rebooked my reservation for May using the Costco numbers (luckily the price was still under $100 for the week). But the reservation uses a coupon.

I know you can't use on-line checkin with a coupon, but will I still be able to use the QS Counter? And is the QS counter the one that's actually in the garage, or is it a special counter in the airport?

You do not need to go to the counter in the terminal. You can use the kiosk in the garage. They will take your coupon there. It saves lots of time.

How did you get your QS #? Did it come in an email??

I just signed up for QS today. So I have to rebook to get the number on my ressie? Can't just add it?

Yes, I received an e-mail the next day with my QS number.

Leslie, I believe you can call Alamo and have them add it to your reservation, but since the price for the rental was the same I just rebooked instead.

My QS number was just emailed to me today. It says on my first use my signature will be required on a document. Is this able to be done at the kiosk in the garage, or will I need to go to the counter?
