I've been having issues being able to see my reservation on their site. So I emailed Alamo customer care. The agent said it was because the visa coupon I had on there was no longer being accepted. So he removed it but made sure my price stayed the same. He also informed me I would not be able to check in online because Orlando international does not have online check in. I emailed back, got a response from a different agent confirming that. I responded again because their site specifically says Orlando international has skip the counter which can be done after online check in is completed. I'm so confused. Has anyone checked in online for Alamo and these agents are just lying to me???
