Alamo online check in not available at MCO?

I've been having issues being able to see my reservation on their site. So I emailed Alamo customer care. The agent said it was because the visa coupon I had on there was no longer being accepted. So he removed it but made sure my price stayed the same. He also informed me I would not be able to check in online because Orlando international does not have online check in. I emailed back, got a response from a different agent confirming that. I responded again because their site specifically says Orlando international has skip the counter which can be done after online check in is completed. I'm so confused. Has anyone checked in online for Alamo and these agents are just lying to me???

Online checkin has been possible at mco.

If you look back a week or two here you would find that their site is having problems. And the employees seem to be incapable of realizing this. But then I thought the site was fixed. Doesn't sound like it now!

We visited the first week in August and used online check in for Alamo at MCO.

I made my reservation on 9/10 and did online check in. We pick up on 10/3. Can skip the counter/kiosk and go right to the garage.

I haven't used Alamo on the last few trips but wasn't it always that if you were using a coupon that you couldn't use online check in but you could use the kiosk?
And your coupon wasn't the reason your reservation wasn't able to be seen.. people have been having problems seeing their reservations for awhile. Even if the coupon was no longer being accepted,you booked with it, so it would be honoured.. or at least that's how it always worked.
Sounds like you got a completely clueless agent.

I booked a car with a discount code for MCO in November - it let me do the online check in. The website is telling to print my confirmation ticket - it says skip the counter - skip the kiosk go straight to the garage.
