Alamo - one way

Does anyone know how often Alamo offers the $10. one way out of Florida deal?

They have one going now. I haven't seen many offered and those that I have seen offered are usually are one way FL to GA.
When it was first offered a few weeks ago it just said one way (didn't specify out of FL) so I tried to book a rental from Ft Myers dropping the car off in Orlando after our Disney trip. I was able to get the full size for $12 a day for next month. I do keep checking to see if there are cheaper deals and noticed that it now said one way out of FL. I can't believe how lucky we were that I checked and booked before they added the out of FL to the one way deal.
I would think that the one way deals are offered to help move the extra cars from the season (winter) back up to the other rental locations.
