Alamo help

It’s been 6 yrs since we’ve been to Disney. I always rent from Alamo, print my reservation out before I leave and go to the Kiosk before going to garage. My question is how does it work if I check in online or should I just go to the Kiosk. Thanks for the help!!

If you're picking up the batte at MCO, just check in online. Go straight to the garage, select your vehicle and leave. As you leave the garage, they will ask to see your reservation and your driver's license. (If you have a second driver, you'l need to show that person's DL also.) That's it. Super easy; barely an inconvenience.

If you're picking it up at the Car Care Center at Disney, call them to arrange a pick up at your resort. They'll shuttle you to the CCC and everything will be taken care of there. You'll still want to do online check-in as it makes everything quicker.

I assume you are asking about going straight to the car, without having to speak to anyone first?
Where you complete all the check in on the app (or online) and put in the final payment and all that. If I recall, there are 2 steps to that. First is just Check - In and the other they call Skip the Counter. You can do the Check In and not Skip the Counter. Though I advise doing both. You just have to show them a barcode on the app or print out when you pull out of the garage

Join Alamo Insiders and you skip the counter and kiosk, along with getting a discount on the car.

online check in is the way to go.. do it before you leave the house, print the confirmation and walk direct to the car.. thats it.. no counter, no kiosk..
