Does anyone know the set up for collection and return of car hire? My daughter does noty use elevators and I need to know if I can access the cars and return them without having to use a lift. Can we use stairs or escalators to and from terminal?

Getting from the airport to the rental cars you can use escalators rather than the elevators. when you go to get your car after exiting the building you just walk across the lanes.
When we returned our car though to get from the garage over to the terminal we had to take an elevator down one floor, I do not recall seeing any stairs.But to be honest we had a 3 year old, a stroller and our carry ons so we were not looking for stairs

From plane to rental car there is no need to use an elevator.
There are escalators to take you from level 3 (de-planing) to level 2 (baggage claim) and then to level 1 (rental car counters).
Walk across the street to the garage where cars are located. Rental cars are located on levels 1 and 2 of the garage depending on company, there is an escalator to level 2.

When returning the car walk back across the street from garage to terminal and there is an escalator that goes from level 1 all the way to level 3.
