Alamo at Dolphin - can they pick you up at the hotel to pick up the car?

We are leaving on Tuesday for Disney and am staying at SSR. I rented a car via Alamo to pick up at Dolphins the next morning at 8 am when they open. Does anyone know if they can come pick me up at SSR and drop me off afterwards?

I tried to call them to find out but can never get a live person.

No, Alamo has no pick-up service or shuttle at the Dolphin... We use the Car Care Center, since they have a free pick-up shuttle.

Do you know there is an Alamo at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel? It is across the street from Downtown Disney. Depending on where you are in SSR you might even be able to walk there. I believe they offer a shuttle service. At least, that is what my confirmation says. I haven't rented from them before so I can't give you any first hand knowledge. You might want to check out their rates. When I was shopping for a rental car the prices for the Buena Vista Palace and Dolphin were pretty much them the same. Maybe you can modify your reservation to pick it up there.
