Alamo - AMEX code ? Just got awesome rate

Do I need to use an AMEX card in order to use the AMEX code (7013604)?

The Mousesavers website mentions that code and says you have to pay with your Amex card.

I got the same rate as this one with the BJ's discount. Don't know if you have to show your BJ's card though.
