Alamo additional driver

I have a rental schedule with the Walmart code 430710 for the additional driver, however I will be by myself when I pick up the car. Is there a way they will let me add DH (arriving 2 days later) to the car as the additional driver?

I added additional drivers via SameTime. Though when exiting we provided both drivers licenses to the attendant. Not sure if they would have requested the other if one of us wasn't there.

I'm curious too as I may not be able to fly down until 2 days later than my family due to work issues. I wonder if dh could bring a copy of my DL so that either of us could drive or perhaps I could stop at the Alamo desk to show them my DL when I arrive.
