Aladdin's Magic Carpet ride

What are the chances of the Aladdian's Magic Carpet ride rehab finishing early and reopening it before the 15th? MY DD's love that ride and we are driving home that day.

It is SO disappointing when a favorite ride is closed during your visit.

In 2002 one of our all-time favorite attractions, Haunted Mansion, was closed for rehab during our visit. It was supposed to re-open the day we were leaving. The rehab went a little longer than planned and I think HM re-opened 1 or 2 days after we left.

Here's some pixie dust that Aladdin's Magic Carpet Ride re-opens before October 15th!

When we were at WDW last week, the guide that is available at MK that lists show times and refurbishments listed Aladdin's Magic Carpet as open on Sunday but closed every other day. We thought that it was closed every day and this sounded odd to us, and we unfortunately were not at MK on Sunday to see for ourselves. Has anyone been to MK on a recent Sunday who can confirm whether Aladdin's Magic Carpet is open or closed on Sundays?

The scheduled rehab began on Monday, September 13th and will run through Friday, October 15th. The Magic Carpets of Aladdin do not consistently run on a "Sunday Only" schedule.

Thanks for the clarification, tjkraz. I guess it was listed as open on Sunday (9/12) in the guide because that was the last day that it was open before the rehab started.
