Al Gore uses 20 TIMES as much electricity as you do

According to statements today they're in the process of installing solar panels on the home.

Yes I have been so educated on this monumental decision that the Gores have made, and it is so courageous.

Solar panels have only been around forever, and the Gores are just NOW deciding that they should go on their 10,000 square foot palace. Golly gee gosh, what stewards of the environment they really are. I am so impressed.

When did you get YOUR solar panels installed?

I have none, drive an SUV and keep my heat set at 73. But I'm not on this thread shredding anyone.

But I do turn my lights off when I leave the room.

The issue is the biggest environmentalist of our time Al Gore is just now discovering them, presumably since the spotlight is on his sorry ___ now cause of the movie, they decide "oh you know what, maybe we oughta really practice what we preach now" If he was a real envirnomentalist he would be utilizing solar panels 10 YEARS AGO, not all of a sudden today.

He would also be utlizing electric cars and all the other environmentally technologies that are out there avialable to a rich person. However, despite the fact that the guy is rich, he STILL has not been utilizing what he could. TOTAL HYPOCRITE.

AND A HYBRID CAR IS NOT THE SAME THING AS A TRUELY GREEN CAR, HYBRID CARS STILL HAVE ENTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES

A hypocrit says one thing but does another. What folks have been asking you to do is point out where Gore said everyone had to "use solar panels" and "drive electric cars."

What he has said, which was pointed out earlier, is that folks should strive to be carbon neutral by taking steps including by buying offsets, which he does do (including for all of his flying around to give speeches and such).

So where's the beef in that ad hominem attack of yours?
