AKV Value Studio In January?

I'm thinking of renting points from David's DVC Rentals for the last week of January 2015. I know that I will need to do this at the 11 month mark to have a chance. What do you think the odds are of me being able to get a value studio at Animal Kingdom Villas for the last week of January? We are planning to stay six nights. I know that there aren't many of these value priced rooms. Any advice you can give a DVC newbie would be very much appreciated!!!

I would say you have an excellent chance of getting this if you hit it at the 11 month opening.

The only rooms that are super hard to get are the concierge floor.
