AKV savannah closure

I read that from Feb 15 to April 15 there will not be any animals in one of the savannahs due to construction. People will be assigned views based on their booking date, people not assigned rooms with a view will have the points returned to their acct. following their stay(standard room rate). I have rented points during this time and paid for a view.....15 more points than standard room, what would be reasonable expectations for me as a renter if I got a standard room.....return of points from owner? return of difference in monies? (150.00) or should I just hope Im lucky enough to get a view and lose the 150. if I dont????

Well, that will be strictly up to the person you rented from. They may have a policy of no refunds no matter what. You will not know until you are actually checked in what your view will be for sure. It will probably be difficult to obtain any type of refund from the person you rented from after the trip occurs. But contact them and see what they say.
