I was the one you mentioned from a prevoius post. I agree with twinmom on how confusing things have gotten. I'm glad more and more people are coming forward with the mistakes that are being made. I am still fuming and all my guide could say was "I'm sorry." He doesn't care, he has already made his commision. I don't think I will try on June 6th, because I will never get through. It took me an hour and a half the first time and more people will be trying to call this time. We will try for next year, I guess. Hopefully, things will have calmed down a little more!
