do you think an accepted offer of $55.00 per point at akv for 100 points is good seller pays dues split closing cost. do you think it will pass rofr. thanks

It sounds like a good offer, but it's hard to how good without a bit more info. Does it come with any banked points? Are all the current use year points available? Will all 100 points be there for 2012?

I think it will pass ROFR no matter what the answers to the above are, though.

It is one of the lowest I have seen for AKV so I would say its a good deal. And, Disney doesn't seem to be buying anything back so I think you will be good.

My two contracts--one I am buying and one I am selling--came back passed within 2 weeks--short turn around.
