AKV Kidani standard view 1 bedroom?

I have a standard view 1 bedroom booked at AKL Kidani Village for our trip in Aug. What is the view I will likely get? Is there an area I should request? I am thinking I might just ask for a room close to the lobby. Are there standard 1 bedrooms close to the lobby?

Close to the lobby is a good choice. I would also consider close to pool. It is a bit of a walk to the lobby, but is nice if you plan to use the pool. The walk is long, but our family enjoyed the walk each time as you were able to see the animals along the way. Hope you have a great trip!

I believe that standard view Kidani has mainly views of the parking lot and some have views of the pool. If you request one close to the lobby you would have a parking lot view.

We just came back from Kidani and stayed in a 1 bedroom std view which was the first room off the lobby. It was a fabulous location for us. We didn't mind the view of the parking lot (circle outside the lobby area). I will definately ask for this location again. It was also very close to the outdoor viewing for the savannah.

Came back from Florida last week, stayed a few days in a Studio at Kidani which had a great location I thought. It was a lock-off and next to us was a 1-BR. We were on the 4th floor.

It was the first room after getting off the lobby south elevator. We parked in the Timon area. The walk from the room to the Timon parking elevator was a bit longer, but still not too bad.

We could have parked under the lobby as well, but since there are no spaces directly underneath the lobby (those are reserved for resort carts etc) and then you first had to take 1 elevator which takes you outside to the port cochere area, then you walked through the lobby to the south elevator. In the end, the Timon elevator felt closer.
