A a newbie in dvc world and a potential buyer, I'm learning everyday reading forums and monitoring dvc resale stats. I get to know there's a dvc availability tool. It's fun to check. Now it's 7 months prior to the thanksgiving week, so it's interesting to watch the availability of each resort for the period. I'm seeing that the resorts are available during the peak season. Is it a usual trend? Or is this year's demand low? I'd like to expand my knowledge. Thanks in advance.

Depends on the room. Some are better than others, and always have been. Sure, you’ll be able to book a 1BR at one of those resorts. 1BRs are the last to go, except at BLT, where the standanrd view with the extra bathroom is in demand.
