Could somebody tell me what they offer for coffee at Johari? Do they have fresh coffee made there which I can buy in the morning? And if they do, what brand? Nescafe/Nestle or Joffrey's?

it seems to be Joffrey's coffee at Johari. It is made fresh. My daughter prefers Starbucks, so she usually waits to be in a park. In most cases, there is a line in the parks. The place that sells Starbucks in Animal Kingdom has been an exception to that.
