AKV - is concierge just available at Jambo and not Kidani?

I am confused. Is concierge just at Jambo house so if you are staying at Kidani you have to walk over there?

Yes, concierge level is only available at Jambo. Those staying at Kidani have no access to the lounge at Jambo or its concierge services.

I believe there are only 5 2BR lock-off units available for booking on points so there is a lot of competition for those units. They are a result of the conversion of former AKL rooms to DVC units during the first phase of AKV at Jambo.

As the previous poster said, you can not book a concierge level stay in Kidani. There are only 5 two bedroom lock-off units available for Concierge level room bookings, all at Jambo.

If you are looking for a conceirge desk, like to help with ticketing or dining reservations, those are located in the lobby of both Jambo and Kidani.
