AKV Club Level gift

Anyone stayed here recently and received an insulated cooler bag at check-in? We got one last week and it's really nice. But we've stayed here before and never seen it before - I was just curious if others had gotten them.

We were there 5/31-6/4 and received one, too. It was our first stay on CL, so we just figured that was part of staying on that level. It is a very nice quality gift.

Does it have the new logo on it? We have one with the old logo (we purchased it).

We stayed there in late March and didn't receive anything like that. Didn't receive anything at all resembling a gift. Once again, the one thing I hate most about hotel services is inconsistency.

I don't think it's an issue of inconsistency. It looks like the ones of us who have received the cooler stayed there in May and June. Looks like it's something new.

I agree. We've stayed here several times prior in the last few years and this is the first time we've ever received a gift.

That is really nice!!! Although we have never stayed on concierge level I would love that!.

We got chocolate flamingo lolli pops when a CM knocked on our door after we got in to the room does that count ? Seriously though that's a great looking cooler and I'm pleased to see they are giving out such a nice perk .

We got some random gifts two years ago. Seriously, some staionary, a wire key chain, chocolates (don't eat chocolate). I would love that cooler!
