AKV - booking issue

Hi

I've been an owner at AKV (technically Kidani Village on the contract) since 2008. Used to always been able to book either Jambo House or Kidani Village at the 11 month mark online in the past. Did something change that you can only book at the building you "own" and not either one?

The website isn't letting me book for Jambo House.

It is the website. This issue rears it’s ugly head a bit. Call MS and they can help. Apparently the fixes haven’t done much.

Sucks though for trying to get value or concierge rooms. In the high-demand times (like say December.....) you have even less of a chance because no chance they are still available by the time Member Services opens. :mad:

You need to manually check the Jambo House box when searching. If you're checking that box and still not being allowed to book (room available, won't let you book, not booked up), then sadly you will have to call MS.

yes - it's checked.

unfortunately my above response is still going be to an issue.

I do appreciate the reply though. Sucks that a crappy website hinders the odds even moreso despite "supposedly" having the same access legally.
 
Same problem here. Kidani owner, but cannot book Jambo. Obviously won't have a chance at the value or club level rooms if this keeps up.

Yeah it really is just unfortunate

I got a concierge room once years ago and enjoyed it.

I wonder if there is someone we can reach out too? I called Member Services the other day regarding the issue and the lady first told me that Jambo House should not be available to me at 11 months that it was “not my home resort”. I asked her to double check and she discovered the truth

When I asked her how this issue could be escalated, she didn’t know

That’s a sad commentary on how bad member services has gotten that she didn’t know that.
