AKV 2br April 2008 any hope of renting points?

Hi,

I'm in a bit of a newbie to renting points - I know what I want, but just not sure how to get it (story of my life!)

We are looking to stay in a 2 bed AKV April 2008 - first of all does anyone know if there would be any completed (I think someone said lock offs only and not pure 2 beds). We would like 1 week in standard view and if we can stretch to it Savannah view as my children are animal crazy.

What are my chances of renting points from a DVC owner for this time (I will need either 283 or 360 pts) and when should I begin the search

I have no idea of your chances, but since the 11 month window is already open for April, 2008, you need to start looking now. The longer you wait, the less likely it will be that you will be able to find availabiility, especially for the lower standard view option.

If you haven't already, go over to the Rent/Trade Board and read all of the sticky threads at the top of the forum. Do a search on renting and read the threads that come up.

When you're ready, post your request on the R/T Board.
