AKV - 2 Bedroom Lockout Room

Making reservations for the first time at AKV. THere is an option for lockout room. What is the difference? I know that one is has a studio attached, but how does that differ from the one that is 2 Bedroom non lockout?

The lock off will have 2 doors to the hall way, the 2nd BR will have a queen and a sofa bed. The dedicated (non-lockoff) will have 2 queen beds in the 2nd BR and only one entry door. The lock off will also have a kitchenette in the 2nd bedroom.
