AKL - Which area is best given construction?

We will be heading to WDW for our first time in late April '08 with our two kids ages 6 and 7 and plan to spend our last two nights at the AKL. From the positive things I have read we were thinking of listing as our room preference Arusha Savannah view room on the Kuda trail (in the middle if possible? and on third floor?). I have been following this board and know that there is construction going on which will be lasting for quite some time. It seems that most of the construction taking place right now is along the Zebra trail - is this where the construction will be remaining or will it be moving over to the Kuda side as well? Any suggestions for best room/area to list as a preference - which we know is in no way guaranteed - would be much appreciated. :cheer2

By April 2008, the internal Lodge construction will be done. The construction ongoing at that time will be the new AKV building which is on the Sunset Savanna side of the the Lodge. I would request any other savanna view that the Sunset Savanna. And, if you want to be as far away from the construction as possible, you want to be on the Zebra Trail.
