Hey guys! I'm not a DVC Member but i'm just generally wondering about a few things & i thought this section on the forum was the appropriate place to ask! :)

At AKLV Kidani Village how many Grand Villas are there & where abouts are they located?

Is there a link anywhere to a rooms & views map/diagram of Kidani Village yet? (I've only seen a BLT one so far.)

If i was to rent DVC points at Kidani Village would i be treated as a DVC Member & only get Mouse Keeping on certain days unless i pay for it?

& do the kitchens in the 1br, 2br & Grand Villas come fully stocked? So if i was to stay there i could easily make a chicken breast salad, pasta, jacket potatoes etc?

Thankyou! :flower3:

If you purchased a DVC reservation from a member, you would only get limited housekeeping every four days. So if you stayed seven nights or less, you would get your towels replaced and trash removed on day 4. If you stayed eight nights or more, you get a full cleaning on day 4 and trash and towel service on day 8.

You cannot request extra shampoo, towels, soap, etc without paying for it. It's a timeshare, so you get limited services.

If you are seeking a GV, you need to have a member in your pocket ready to make that reservation at 11 months out.

There are 16 GVs at Kidani. Two of them are standard view and located at the very end of the north wing of Kidani ((There are two wings from the lobby, north and south, the south one runs toward the other building, Jambo, and the pool is on the north wing side.). The rest of the GVs are spaced throughout Kidani. The Jambo buildings has six GVs, three on each wing and are one story units ()Kidani's are two story). Kitchens have things you need to cook and make dishes such as those mentioned. GVs can go quickly at 11 months out. To assure getting one you need to have an owner who will call exactly 11 months out from date of arrival.

I haven't stayed in a grand villa, but book early as they are not easy to get.:)

Oh thankyou for the map! :thumbsup2 & yes i know, it's just something i was thinking about when i go WDW next (new couple years) as we're unsure how large our party will be, it'll just be easier if we reserved a GV as soon as the 11 month date becomes available.
